Welcome to our Bhakti Yoga audio course, a journey of love and devotion to the Divine! In this course, we will explore the ancient practice of Bhakti Yoga, a path that brings us closer to the Divine through cultivating pure love and devotion in our hearts.

Together we'll lean into the basics of Bhakti Yoga and develop a plan to begin walking forward on the path towards a life of greater love, light, laughter, peace, fulfillment, and joy.
Lesson 1: Bhakti Yoga- A Love Union
In this course, we'll explore the heart-centered path of Bhakti Yoga.This first lesson offers insights into the philosophies and values held and taught by those who follow this path. We’ll touch on the key concepts and principles of Bhakti Yoga and discover how different it is from the “yoga” we think of when heading to the gym or studio.
Lesson 2: The Path of Devotion
Developing a heart of devotion changes every aspect of our self and our life. We’ll discuss the various ways to be in devotion, its power, and the blessings that will come through cultivating a heart of devotion.
Lesson 3: The Gift of Surrender
Surrender is a key aspect of Bhakti Yoga. We will discuss what surrender is and what it isn’t, and how a true surrendering to the Divine will bless, inspire, and elevate us and bring greater peace and joy to our lives.
Lesson 4: The Power of Daily Sadhana
Bhakti Yoga is a path of deep devotion and personal relationship with the Divine. In lesson four we will come to better understand the importance of a daily spiritual practice and how to develop one that works for us.
Lesson 5: The Yumminess of a Fruit Salad
With a variety of spiritual paths, religions, beliefs, and ideas how is one to determine what is best for them and what is true? In lesson five we’ll introduce the Daily Dose of Peace and how it compares to the sweetness of a fruit salad.
