I am in the process of releasing all addiction and creating a life of freedom; a life filled with light, love, health, vitality and joy.

Claim this affirmation aloud regularly throughout each day and write it at least 25 times daily. Post it, text it to yourself, and finger paint it onto your dirty car or steamy bathroom mirror. The more you claim it, the quicker it becomes a part of you.

Get in a safe and comfortable location before listening to this recording. 

*When listening to the recording, focus on the words "calm and relaxed" if your mind begins to wander or be distracted.

*Breathe deeply and fully to connect with your breath

*Give yourself at least 3 to 4 experiences with this step before moving on to step two

*Practice with your new anchor. Link your thumb and forefinger together during various moments and locations, bringing yourself back to the feelings of your safe and relaxing place

*Remember everyone experiences hypnosis differently and there is no right or wrong way to experience. Release expectation and allow your experience to be whatever it is, with curiosity and openness

Substance Addictions will most benefit from the “Audio for Substance Addictions”. This includes such things as: Tobacco and Nicotine, Sugar, Alcohol, Caffeine, Specific trigger foods, Both legal and illegal drugs etc

Behavioral Addictions will most benefit from the “Audio for Behavioral Addictions”. This includes such things as: Gambling, Shopping, Sexual Addictions including pornography use and masturbation, Binge Eating, Electronic Addictions, etc 

Some addictions could easily fall into both categories. If you find that you’re craving both a substance and the behavior related to the substance, you would likely benefit from using both Step Seven recordings; beginning with the substance recording and then moving into the behavioral recording when ready
