Seven Days to Blissful Sleep

If you're ready to learn how to create and claim the best sleep you've ever had, this class is for you. The power of hypnosis, guided meditation, and personal instruction will make restless nights and tired mornings a thing of the past.

Seven Days to Blissful Sleep is organized into seven sections, or days. Each “day” can represent a 24 hour period or can be stretched out over the course of weeks depending on personal preference. This class, this healing journey, is meant to be completed at the pace that feels right to you.

Each day there is a short video to watch which offers insight and instruction. There is an audio hypnosis recording paired with each video to listen to at night. Each recording incorporates hypnosis and visualizations in order to bring about the desired positive changes.
