21 Days to Love Your Body
Welcome My Friend!
I am SO GLAD you've joined me for this 21 Day Journey toward greater health, vitality, and joy. It has been a life changing experience for so many individuals and it is my prayer that it will be the same for you.
I invite you to be active in the comments section or within our Facebook group. I will do my best to support you and answer questions along the way. I will also be holding you and your goals in divine light, blessing your efforts with its powerful and healing energy.
Each day you will move forward to the next lesson. The first two lessons have both a video and meditation. After the second lesson you will see one or the other. The lessons will take less than 20 minutes to complete. My favorite thing is to lean over and hit play first thing in the morning before I roll out of bed. You will find what works best for you, there is no right or wrong. That said, I do suggest sticking with the same time of day as much as possible to help establish your routine.
In the next 21 days you will shift your energy in beautiful and powerful ways. You'll witness the effects in both your emotional and physical body. Be gentle with yourself and patient with the process.
You are beautiful and divine. I believe in you and honor you for your desire to raise your vibration to one of health, vitality, and joy.

Day One- Identify Beliefs
Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
To help you get clear on what health and beauty truly is to you. Once you get a clear visual, your subconscious mind will have a much easier time of helping you to align with that vision and with the vibration that accompanies it.
To help you see, sense, or come to understand what is blocking you from aligning with that higher vibration of health and beauty. As we identify these lies, false beliefs, negative thoughts, and yucky energy within our body, mind, and spirit, we can then begin to cleanse, heal, and shift away from it and toward the higher vibration.
Day One Meditation
Today's Growth Activity:
Write down any and all negative thoughts, words, or feelings you have ever had about any part of your body or anything that has ever been said to you that felt negative in some way. I would encourage you to keep a little note pad or paper in your pocket in order to pull it out and write down every thought and impression that comes. Also, write down anything that has ever been said to you that felt negative about your body. Spend time contemplating and allowing to come to your remembrance all of these negative thoughts, words, and beliefs; those that came from others and those that came from within yourself. Bring this paper to our meditation tomorrow.
Day Two- Parasites
Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Begin to release the "parasites" that are sucking your life-force energy and blocking you from healing and self-love
To cleanse the soil with Divine Light and to plant a seed. This seed represents your new beginning and vibrates at the highest level of health, vitality, and beauty.
Day Two Meditation
Today's Growth Activity:
Write out and repeat regularly (with a big smile!) the affirmation given in the meditation.
"I am in the process of developing a healthy and loving relationship with my body. I am attuning to the highest vibration of Health, Vitality, and Beauty."
Day Three- Most Important Relationship
Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
To recognize your body as a gift and to understand that your relationship with your body is the most important relationship you will have in this lifetime.
To begin the shift away from criticism and into mutual respect
Be introduced to the "God Box" and understand how to surrender "parasites" to it when they come up
Today's Growth Activity:
Write out and repeat regularly (with a big smile!) the affirmations and let them work as fertilizer for the seed within you.

Day Four- Becoming Mindful

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Begin the process of becoming aware of your physical body and the awesome vessel it truly is.
Spend time moving through your body with mindfulness and recognizing the blessings within you.
Today's Growth Activities:
Throughout the next 24 hours devote yourself to becoming mindful of your five senses, noticing how often each of them plays a role in your life. Also, find yourself becoming more mindful of your muscles, your bones, your ligaments and joints. Be mindful of the muscular and skeletal systems within your body and the support and strength they truly are for you.
Continue speaking and writing your affirmations:

Day Five- Expanding Awareness

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Becoming aware of the Nervous System including your brain, spinal cord and the amazing network of nerves and cells communicating back and forth constantly; as well as your Circulatory System, including your heart and blood vessels.
Noticing the intricate network of cells and nerves within you and how they are taking information and passing it to your brain, giving you the ability to touch and feel and sense the things around you.
Today's Growth Activities:
Throughout the next 24 hours continue this new process of being mindful of the activity going on within you. Choose to be mindful of the beauty of the network of systems and structures that are a part of your physical body, your vessel on this earth.
Continue speaking and writing your affirmations:

Day Six- Your Role as Caregiver

To connect with the digestive system and to become aware of the constant service it provides
To recognize that each system within the body is designed to work together and to rely upon one another. And you are the key; without your love and care, no system within you can function at its highest level.
To become aware of your important role as caregiver to your body
Today's Growth Activities:
Journal about your feelings that have come up over the course of the past few days. Living in mindfulness you will have both positive and negative feelings. Honor yourself by writing these feelings, thoughts, and impressions down.
Add the next line to your affirmations and continue speaking them aloud and writing them out.
"I am in the process of developing a healthy and loving relationship with my body. I am attuning to the highest vibration of health, vitality, and beauty. My eyes are opening to the awesome reality of my body and all it does for me. I am beginning to recognize the importance of my role to care for, and my power to help, my body."
Day Seven- Energy of Gratitude

To allow a sense of wonder and gratitude for your body to swell within you.
To begin healing and shifting into an energy of love and self-care.
Claiming your power to love and care for your body in healthy and wonderful ways.
Today's Growth Activities:
Journal about your feelings and the impressions that came during the meditation.
It's time to shift our affirmations to the next level of vibration. Write them out and repeat them with energy and passion.
"My eyes are open to the awesome reality of my body and all it does for me. I am attuned to the highest vibration of health, vitality, and beauty. Today, I choose to love my body. I am so blessed. I willingly and gladly release from my body, mind, and spirit anything and everything that has weighed me down."
Day Eight- Beginning Anew

To shift into a new life of friendship and connection with your body
To extend and receive forgiveness and love
To release darkness and to be filled with new light
Today's Growth Activities:
Journal about your feelings and the impressions that came during the meditation. Specifically journal any impressions or emotions that came up during the song and anything you would like to keep with you.
Speak aloud with passion and write out your new affirmations.

Day Nine- Learning to Listen
Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
The remainder of this week will be focused on learning to listen to your body and to be mindful of its needs. This will create better harmony in your relationship with your body and will also serve to attract greater health and vitality.
Those who have previously struggled with weight issues, whether too heavy or too thin, often find that this is the first step in allowing these struggles to fade into the past. When we choose to connect with our body on this deeper and more meaningful level, we allow our body to guide us to our ideal weight as well as to claim greater health.
Shift away from "Shouldn't" and "Can't" and into Choice
Today's Growth Activities:
As you move through the rest of this week, and the rest of your life, practice making choices rather than using destructive words such as "I can't" and "I shouldn't".

Day Ten- Inner Guidance

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Meet one of your inner guides who can help you communicate more clearly with your body
Set up a "YES" and "NO" system within your body
Practice with your signal and lock in the positive feelings that come with listening to your body
Today's Growth Activities:
Practice listening for your signals when choosing foods and drink. Honor the Yes or No that comes and see how differently you begin to feel.

Day Eleven- Intuitive Eating

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
To visualize the process of eating mindfully and invite your subconscious mind to assist you in making healthy and nourishing choices
To begin the shift toward enjoying food so much more and needing so much less to feel satisfied
To slow down and to connect with each bite of food and begin to release habits of rushing through meals or snacking mindlessly
Today's Growth Activities:
Determine to eat only with mindfulness. When you take a bite of food, feel it in your mouth and truly taste it. Put down your fork between bites and connect with what you are doing, where the food came from, and enjoy it with gratitude. Begin to notice how often in the past you took food and drink into your body without these mindful practices and honor yourself for now moving into a new way of being.
Speak aloud with passion and write out your affirmations and add the statement below.
"I am in tune with my body and with the food I choose to eat. I take each bite mindfully and with gratitude."
Day Twelve- Tuning In

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
To reconnect with your stomach in a healthy and loving way
Guiding your stomach back to its healthiest size and shape
Tune back into your hunger and satisfaction signals to allow yourself the best opportunity for a life of health
Today's Growth Activities:
Choose to tune into your stomach each time you find yourself turning to food. Eat only when your stomach is within the hunger range and become mindful after each bite how you feel. You'll notice how quickly you become satisfied. When you eat beyond this level, you'll know you are eating for emotional reasons. You can then stop and ask yourself how you could better satisfy your emotional needs.
Speak aloud with passion and write out your affirmations and add the statement below to your list.
"I listen to my stomach today and always. My stomach knows when to eat and when to stop, and I now recognize these signals. I honor my stomach for the role it plays in my life."
Day Thirteen- True Nourishment

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Start collapsing your cravings and desire for junkfood and artificial foods
Build a bridge to help cross the divide separating you from desire for healthy and nourishing foods
Allow light to help align you with the vibration of the more nourishing foods
Today's Growth Activities:
Do an assessment of the foods within your home and throw out the foods that belong in the murky river. Mindfully plan for the week ahead: What will you eat? What will bring you health and nourishment? How can you ensure you have what your body needs with you, rather than turning to something less nourishing when hunger strikes?
Affirmation to be added to your list.
"I am in tune with my body and with the food I choose to eat. I take each bite mindfully and with gratitude. I now recognize the foods given to me by nature and welcome them into my life and body."
Day Fourteen- Ideal Health and Vitality

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Thank your body for being a part of your life journey and flood it with gratitude
Reconnect with the image of your ideal health, weight and vitality
See the beauty within yourself and allow it to expand and grow
Today's Growth Activities:
Journal the things that you love about yourself and appreciate about your body. Write down all of the things that are beautiful about yourself, physical attributes as well as personality and unique talents and skills. Look in the mirror, directly into your own eyes, smile at yourself, and list off the things you have written.
Another beautiful affirmation to be added to your list.

Day Fifteen- Embracing Movement
Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Prepare for a week of increased energy and movement
Begin to dissolve negative connections with exercise
Begin to recognize your body's desire to have an abundant flow of energy
Today's Growth Activities:
Write down any limiting beliefs you've held about your body and exercise. List resistance you feel toward exercise or physical activity. Surrender these things to your "God Box" to be held with the parasites or tear them up into pieces and burn them :)
Repeat the following affirmation several times to allow the energy within your body to begin to flow in a new and healthier way.
"I am in the process of recognizing the positive flow of energy within me and allowing myself to fully enjoy this abundance of energy in my life."
Day Sixteen- Claiming Freedom

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
See your own beautiful and vibrant energy body
Begin to understand that you are not just a physical being, you are an energy being with limitless beauty and potential
Dissolve the dark particles that have been blocking you and tying down your movement and flow
Allow your angels to help filter away all that does not serve your highest good
Today's Growth Activities:
Check online and see what activities are available in your area. You don't need to sign up for any of them, you're simply expanding your consciousness and opening up to possibilities. Look at community centers, gyms, colleges and dance studios. Check out online community connection websites and local church activities. Check out your city government site for parks, trails, and other types of recreational opportunities. Notice how you feel as you begin to see the many possibilities available. Make a list of the things you find.
Repeat the following affirmation several times to allow the energy within your body to continue flowing in a new and healthier way.
"Movement and physical activity bring me health, vitality, and joy. I welcome movement into my life with open arms."
Day Seventeen- Expanding Your Options

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Allow Light and Love to continue raising you to a higher vibration
Take a virtual ride and open yourself up to new possibilities for movement and fun
See yourself living your life with passion and enthusiasm
Today's Growth Activities:
Look over the list of recreation and fun available to you and notice which ones are calling to you, which ones bring excitement and flow into your being. Allow yourself to open up to the possibility of something new.
Repeat the following affirmation several times to allow the energy within your body to continue flowing in a new and healthier way.
"I love and appreciate my body. Because of this love and appreciation I seek out only the best foods and purest drinks. I welcome the physical movement and activities that bring my body joy and health."
Day Eighteen- Receiving Messages

Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Learn to listen to the messages your body is sending you
Tune into the emotions within discomforts in your body and allow them to dissolve
Express gratitude to your body for holding emotions and energy for you and give it permission to release the energy that doesn't serve you
Today's Growth Activities:
Practice listening to your body. During moments of quiet here and there during the day, just check in with your body and ask it how it's doing. Ask it if it has any needs or messages. Take several moments to listen for its response, and act on any promptings or requests.
Repeat all of the affirmations from your journey with enthusiasm and write out the ones you're still working to accept.

Day Nineteen- Two Way Communication
Today's Healing Focus and Objectives:
Get comfortable with the idea of talking to your body
Learn why two way communication is an essential key to optimal health
Begin to recognize the wisdom your body holds and the love it has for you
Today's Growth Activities:
I encourage you to practice some more. Start with little things. Practice sending love and gratitude into your body as you wash it in the shower. Tell your feet thank you each time you put on your shoes. Send a little praise to your eyes each time they allow you to see a beautiful sunset. Express to your ears how awesome they are for helping you to hear the abundance of sounds surrounding you. Once you've started connecting and practicing with this verbal expression of love and gratitude, your body will trust you more as you move toward other conversation and requests.
Repeat all of the affirmations from your journey with enthusiasm and write out the ones you're still working to accept.

Day Twenty- Connecting with Truth

Claim personal truths that are residing within you
Align with the Light within to guide you toward healing and to open you to possibilities available to you

Journal the words, thoughts and impressions that came to you during the meditation. Look in the mirror and repeat the truths you've learned. And speak the following affirmations with enthusiasm and a great big smile.

Honor yourself for the growth you've achieved
Check in with your seed and see the beautiful growth
Send the parasites (and all limiting beliefs) deep into the earth to be transformed
Determine to continue moving forward with light and love, one breath at a time
Today's Growth Activities:
I encourage you to share with others the experience you've had over the past 21 days. Spend some time within our course discussion board to encourage others along their journey. Determine to keep moving forward in light, love, healing, and beauty.
Forever, keep the following affirmations with you. Speak them, feel them, write them, and share them:
"I am in tune with my body. I love and appreciate all it does to serve me and I recognize my own true beauty. I release emotionally and physically all that does not serve my highest good."
