Course Guide
This course is a beautiful journey designed to support you in developing a healthier relationship with food and with your physical body.
Throughout the course we use guided meditations and various teachings to naturally and easily welcome positive growth and desired change. As you take this journey, you leave darkness and the heavy cloud of self-criticism far behind you. You become empowered to work with your body to create your healthiest self and to welcome vitality into your life. We bring awareness to the contributors of both emotional and physical weight. And then, we love the weight away.
This is not only a journey toward a healthier body. It is a journey toward greater self-love.

Day One LTWA
Tap into the power of your mind to begin developing your personal vision and definition of health and beauty. Discover what is blocking you from aligning with this vision and beginning the process of change.

Day Two LTWA
Day Two: Parasites
Begin to release the "parasites" that are sucking your life-force energy and blocking you from healing and self-love. Prepare fertile soil within you to plant a new seed, representing Divine Love and healthy relationship with your body.

Day Three LTWA
Day Three: The Most Important Relationship
Begin to recognize your body as a gift and to understand that your relationship with your body is the most important relationship you will have in this lifetime. Make the shift away from criticism and into mutual respect. Gain a new tool for dealing with the “parasites” that come in.

Day Nine: Learning to Listen

Those who have previously struggled with weight issues, whether too heavy or too thin, often find that this is the first step in allowing these struggles to fade into the past.
